No Nonsense Gym offers the following:

Personal Training and medical fitness is given 1 on 1. Only on special request a training session of 1 on 2 will be considered to maintain the quality of the training sessions and to make sure the personal training stays personal. *Permission of your gym is needed before starting personal training at the gym.

Sport specific training can also be a part of the regular personal training where you train specifically for your sport (MMA, track and field etc). This can be 1 on 1 or in small groups.

Self Defence 1 on 1, or in small groups. Self defence for children or adults. Groups of 6 to a maximum of 12 people. QDS training (Quick Defence System) is a part of the training for adults. QDS is an easy to learn effective form of self defence.

Online training is a concept No Nonsense Gym has much experience with. You will have some moments of face-to-face meetings where all of your goals are determined and the guidance will happen through the e-mail. You will regularly recieve a new training program to help you reach your personal goals.

Group cardio training. This can be specific cardio for a (team)sport or just a group of friends. Price is dependent on the size of the group.

No specialized equiptment or home fitness is required when training with a personal trainer at home,. The only thing you need to work out with a No Nonsense Gym personal trainer is suitable clothing, 2 square meters of free space and a positive but especially a sportsminded attitude!

Personal Training sessions are provided in four different packages of 1, 3, 6 or 12 hours of personal training. When buying a 12 hour package you only pay for 10 hours, so you get 2 hours of personal training for free! The personal training sessions are done by an experienced personal trainer when it suits you: Monday till Sunday; morning, afternoon or in the evening. So you won't only train how you want but also when you want!
